CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

Please read in full before making a booking.

Your appointment time is carefully reserved to ensure you receive an unhurried and personalised experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well no shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee or result in the loss of your deposit. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled easily via the link in your confirmation email or by logging into the online booking system via our website.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, depending on the schedule, your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next clients appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late or more may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
