BOOKING YOUR RITUAL

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

If you can’t find your preferred date or time online, please get in touch. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you where possible.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Your appointment time is carefully reserved to ensure you receive an unhurried and personalised experience. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well no shows, will incur a 50% cancellation fee or result in the loss of your deposit. You can cancel or reschedule easily using the link in your confirmation email or through the online booking system.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Your treatment is designed to be unhurried and restorative, and I want you to receive the full experience.

If you arrive late, I will always do my best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next appointment.

Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled and the applicable cancellation fee may apply.
